• This is the last week of our series “In the Beginning!”

• Today we’re going to find out what happened AFTER God created everything.

So far we’ve talked about how God created the universe, the earth, and everything in it! • God created the trees. Can everyone stand up

on their tippy toes and be as tall as a tree? • He also created animals… like… the MIGHTY

• Great job! God also created puppies and kittens. Let’s all pretend to be a puppy or kitten!

• And He saved the best for last. God created people. He created YOU and He created ME!

• God is the ruler and creator of ALL things. • He’s even the King of the jungle! Let’s get up on

our feet and head to the jungle!

• Speaking of Jungle, I have a game for us to play. Let’s see if you can guess which animal is making the noise? Listen closely!

• God made ALL kinds of animals. He also made people! The first two people God created were Adam and Eve!

• They lived in the Garden of Eden and would even spend time with God!

• Let’s check in with them!

• God loved Adam and Eve and they loved God. • But Adam and Eve sinned and disobeyed God. • God told them they must leave the garden. • But God never stopped loving them… • This brings us to our Need to Know today!

God (point up) Loves You! (point outward)

• Adam and Eve may have been the first to disobey God, but people to this day still disobey Him, including you and me.

• When we disobey God, He never stops loving us. • You see, the world that God created was perfect!

He didn’t want us to live separated from Him. But sin separated us from God.

• But then God sent His Son, Jesus, to take the punishment for our sin. Because of Jesus death on the cross, we can be forgiven for our sins. He did this because He loves us so much!

• When we become a follower of Jesus, we are forgiven of our sins, and we can become part of God’s Family!

• Because God created us to love Him, we can praise God through our worship! Let’s stand!

• Offering time is when we give our money back to God as a way to thank God for all He’s given us. God loves a generous giver. The money we give is then used for our church, community, and to share God’s love around the world.

Before we leave today, I thought it would be fun if we played one more game. For this game you need to get up on your feet! You’ll need to jump or duck when you see something heading your way. But watch out! The obstacle course gets faster and faster! Let’s follow along with the video!

I had so much fun today! Let’s pray for all the teachers, nurses, and first responders before you head out (like firefighters and police officers)!
