They provide meeting services including strategic and financial management and/or professional meetings management services to multiple clients. The applicant must specify whether their job responsibilities are primarily planning or supplying based on where they spend 51% or more of their time.

06/07 Quantitative TargetsDevelop, communicate and possibly consolidate the Chapter activities to increase visibility, best practice exchange, and membership development and to reach the European objectives of 75% of retention and a recruitment of 660 members, which will bring European membership up to 1841 members by June 30th 2007.

Board on the growth strategy: qualitative and quantitative. We will cover areas such as:
– Administration staff strategy (central vs. decentralisation),
– Localisation of marketing of MPI products and associated collateral.
