With China’s accession to WTO, the government has identified key areas to economic growth. To demonstrate our commitment to support and participate in China’s growth and development, Citigroup established “Citicorp Software and Technology Services (Shanghai) Limited” to further develop the Chinese markets for software development and related technical services through introduction of advanced methods and technology in financial services.

A plan to build a world class organization in China with best-in-class software development pool of local talents which will make CSTS a valuable asset in the Citigroup world in years to come.
