• What is it?– One ThinkAid Guru volunteer from each

section.

– Two ThinkAid training sessions each semester.

– Provide assistance to your colleagues.

– Common Problems on the ThinkAid website.

The ThinkAid Program

• Purpose– Reduce the number of first-level requests that

come to the ThinkAid Center.

– Improve the overall level of support for ThinkPad users.

– Create meaningful learning experiences for students.

– Give students marketable skills that can be noted on their CV’s.
