Welcome to Hastings Middle School Just like in Elementary School – there are
rules and expectations to follow These are put into place in order to create a safe,
positive, and encouraging learning environment We take the following slides very seriously,
and our expectation is that you will too.

Attendance ExpectationsLearning is job one! You cannot learn if you
are not here.
SHOW UP & SHOW UP ON-TIME!!!
Attendance will be carefully tracked. If your attendance is a concern, you will be on a list of kids being carefully monitored.
Our goal is to eliminate any barriers and get you to school every day on time.
Tardiness for first period will be tracked through the office.
