ICE BREAKER HANDOUT -
The facilitator will ask all attendees to close their eyes and silently respond to their request.
The facilitator will ask each table of attendees to share their responses with each other and then determine any similarities and if there could be additions.
A member of your table will be asked to report your experience with the whole group.

It is suggested that there are four areas associated with competency: self awareness, learning agility, influence and communication prowess.
Are competencies the same for the Chair as they are for the members?
