Existing System

They were using VB&.NET Initially before Implementing SAP.

Disadvantages of Existing System

Time consuming process. No much of validation done. Not flexible. Scenario based classification not done. Manual work load.

Proposed System

• Initial Screen of Proposed System.• Using Module Pool Program we have controlled the

whole Weighbridge Process.

Scenarios :

Harvested Salt Shifting Movement (Production)Washed Salt to Customers (Sales)Material Movement (Purchase)

Scenario 1:For Gate In Process.

Weighbridge Weight Capturing Mechanism.

On click of this button 2 process takes place

Execution of an .exe file which converts the integrated digital reading into a readable .txt file.

Uploading this .txt file value to the corresponding weight tab in the SAP module pool screen.

Scenario 2:For Gate In Process.

Vehicle number and Tare Weight is captured.

For scenario 2 - Gateout Process.

For Corresponding GE Number Gateout is Processed.

Gross weight , Customer code and Material code are captured in this screen.

On click of save after capturing these Delivery Challan print process is done

Direct SAP Access. Time Conservation to the users. Flexibility More Efficient than Existing System. Validation. Quickly adaptable.

Future Enhancements

Automatic Vehicle number Capturing.

Fuzzy logic for Vehicle number.

GPRS Tracking for own vehicle.

Conclusion

• We have already Implemented the above processand looking forward to implement the

futureenhancements.
