In this week, we had the entire school week to plan organise our location for out short film. This had included contacting the wheelchair hire company and confirming that everything is okay with hiring the wheelchair. As a group we had all agreed that we would try and film all footage within a month.

On the weekend we came out to film. We had planned to film scene two and the final scene, which was the hospital scene and train station scene. However, on the day we had found that the hospital had been just been closed as their opening times were early. Although, we had missed the chance to film the hospital scene. From this we had learned that punctuality and timing is essential in order for our film to be a success.

From knowing that we couldn’t do one scene we had move quickly to the next scene which was located at the train station. We had spoke to the employee in which had allowed us to see the location if he would help us get down to the platforms.

It had taken long but we had finished filming the final scene where the protagonist is at the edge of the platform whilst a train is coming. Even though, it was risky when filming we had to be extra careful to make sure that no accidents occurred such as falling onto the tracks. This had been an experience which was life threatening for the actor and cinematographer.
