Seaward Landing is a workforce, affordable housing apartment community. We are striving to build a front porch style community where everyone knows, respects and cares for one another. A place tenants will be proud to call their home. We will be signing one year leases, that will need to be re-qualified yearly, not difficult. Before move in, tenants will need to contact the FKAA and FKEC to have their power and water turned on, as tenants will be responsible for these utilities. AT&T will provide optional cable and internet; if interested tenants can set-up an account with AT&T. Also before move in, tenants would need to pay the first month’s rent, last month’s rent and a $500 security deposit.

Being that we are workforce and affordable housing; *All tenants must work here in Monroe County. *All applicants must be pre-qualified via application process and subject to a credit and background check before becoming a tenant, insuring that all possible tenants meet the required income ranges. *All possible tenants over the age of 18 that are not full time students must complete separate applications. *All applicants must provide additional income information with their applications.

Don't let your guard down just because you're on a mobile device. Be just as careful as you would on a desktop!

20 Ways to Block Mobile AttacksWiFi• Don’t allow your device to auto-join unfamiliar networks.• Always turn off WiFi when you aren’t using it or don’t need it.• Never send sensitive information over WiFi unless you’re absolutely sure it’s a secure network.

Browser• Watch out for ads, giveaways and contests that seem too good to be true. Often these lead to phishing sites that appear to be legit.• Pay close attention to URLs. These are harder to verify on mobile screens but it's worth the effort.• Never save your login information when you’re using a web browser.

Bluetooth• Disable automatic Bluetooth pairing.• Always turn it off when you don't need it.

Vishing (voice phishing)• Do not respond to telephone or email requests for personal financial information. If you are concerned, call the financial institution directly, using the phone number that appears on the back of your credit card or on your monthly statement.• Never click on a link in an unsolicited commercial email.• Speak only with live people when providing account information, and only when you initiate the call.• Install software that can tell you whether you are on a secure or fake website.

Apps• Only use apps available in your device’s official store - NEVER download from a browser.• Be wary of apps from unknown developers or those with limited/bad reviews.• Keep them updated to ensure they have the latest security.• If they’re no longer supported by your store, just delete!• Don't grant administrator, or excessive privileges to apps unless you truly trust them.

Smishing (phishing via SMS)• Don't trust messages that attempt to get you to reveal any personal information• Beware of similar tactics in platforms like What's App, Facebook Messenger Instagram, etc.• Treat messages the same way you would treat email, always think before you click!

Don’t click on direct links (in emails, text messages, etc.), especially those that are asking you to enter sensitive information. It's best to go directly to the source.

Don't overshare on social media. These details can provide hackers with your location, ammunition to craft spear phishing attacks, and answers to security questions. Think before you share!

Don’t go “out of bounds” for communication. E.g. if you’re buying something on eBay, and the other party wants to negotiate via email instead of the bidding system.

Never reuse passwords between any website or service.

Always be skeptical of any unexpected invoice, or request to get or pay for anything by using gift cards.

Never answer authentication recovery questions (e.g. What is your mother’s maiden name?) with real answers. Unfortunately, that means you’ll have to write down each question and answer for each website that requires them, but you’ll be far less likely to have your account hijacked.

It is ok to speak to (confirm with) an email sender's request to transfer that $30,000 by the end of the day, even if it is your boss. Better safe than sorry.

Know who to report any suspicious emails to at your workplace. Don’t delete the email - report it.

Invest in a password management tool - ain’t nobody got the time to remember all those passwords!

Be vigilant with suspicious SMS messages. Your bank will NEVER ask you to access your account from an SMS.
