1. FOREWORD

SLC inform on barge arrival on 2nd august and Load out 12 august. SIKB alerted that this period of the year is extremely difficult due to the end of Ramadan and low attendance from personnel. SLC has confirmed those dates. Planning of load out issue to SLC and CPY.

MDR Preparation for Jacket Scope under finalization (98% Completed). Documentation balance are:

o Balance NCR27/29 for DC on Jacket and Deck legs superposition. Additional DC required on 4 legs. SIKB to implement

o Submit RLMU issued to Perth SLC.o Final reports of IRC ( after quarantine)

Piles design change: final clarification to be received. SLC to expedite final requirements for design of Pad eyes on Domgas piles.

Pontoons and Piles Barge layout to be received from Project. SIKB request assistance from Project for the Pontoons water 2” valves impossible to source. SLC to expedite all SIKB Pending RFI ( test pressure of the pontoons, sequence, etc).

Insecticides spraying inside Leg Jacket and top cover plates at CD East Row C2, C3, D1, D2, AB East Row A2, A3 and B3 have been done after shim plates removed and cleaning activities finish.

Note: Chemical used for insecticide spraying is Bifenthrin, product name is BISTAR® 25 g/L EC INSECTICIDE / MITICIDE.

o Weed killerWeeds eradicated by two treatments, the first is manually pull out the weeds; and the second is prevent weeds growing by perform herbicide spraying. The active ingredient of chemical used for herbicide spraying is Glyphosate isopropyl amine salt, name of product is Roundup® 486 SL. This activity has been performed at Final Storage & Erection Site.

o FumigationThermal fumigation has been performed around Raw Material Storage, Prefabrication Shop, Assembly Hall and Final Storage & Erection Site. These activities are done at early morning (05:00hrs-06:30hrs) by Pest control contractor.
