• Must achieve a minimum passing score in a battery of standardized series of tests.
• Each chosen apprentice will be required to work all 3 shifts throughout their apprenticeship
• Previous or current Maintenance experience is considered a plus.
Our current pay range is 16.53 – 22.56/hour with differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Pay will be based
on experience and education. Once the apprenticeship program is completed, you will be certified as a
Maintenance Journeyman through the Department of Labor (DOL).

Mechanical CADD
Johnson Hilliard, a Kingsport based Metal Fabrication and Design Firm with 80 years in the business is
looking for a Mechanical CADD person with proficiency in AutoCAD. A candidate with design experience,
solidworks, inventor or mechanical experience would be preferred but not mandatory. We need

Federal Pacific is looking for a summer intern to accelerate the rollout of a new corporate Web site and
development of Web-based applications. This internship will work closely with two database and Web
application developers and a third party Web development firm to create new Web pages, integrate
documents into a content management system (CMS) and develop user-friendly Web front-ends to
existing database applications.
We are looking for someone with Web development experience and knowledge of basic Web site
