Thoughts from our other staff...
Research suggests Americans raised in Christian households increasingly disown the faith of their
parents. Support Annie Armstrong so we can change this trend.
“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” Matthew 28:19 (NKJV)
Year to date total: $6,059.42 Our Goal: $8,000
Dear Family,
I have thoroughly enjoyed this last sermon series on the
Encounters of Jesus. We will wrap it up this Sunday as we
remember the sacrifice of Christ. This will be the most
challenging of lessons for us as we are called to sacrifice for
the cause of Christ.
On Easter Sunday morning we will begin a new series
entitled “A.D.” It will go from Easter to Father’s Day. We
will cover the scriptures from Jesus’ resurrection through
the 10th Chapter of Acts. NBC will be showing the A.D. mini-
series during this time as well and we will coincide with
their showings of the drama by Mark Burnett and Roma
Downey, who produced The Bible mini-series that aired last
year. I encourage you to get together and watch the series.
This will be a great study.
Don’t forget this Sunday night we
will worship with other churches
in our area at 6:30 pm at the First
United Methodist Church. Hope to
see you there, as well.
Still going,
Mike
Preschool Info:
Important info for parents of preschoolers:
1. The Easter Egg Hunt will be this Sunday
during Sunday School (bring a basket).
2. The preschoolers will be marching in with
palms at the beginning of the 11:00 service so
they will NOT be playing instruments at the end
of the service. (Parents will need to retrieve
children from the preschool dept.)
Preschool Volunteers: Please check your email
for the latest schedule. Contact nancy.hester@
clover.k12.sc.us if you have questions.
Thank you!

Introducing Funny Lady Speaker Author Bible Teacher
Frankie is a national speaker, author, and Bible
teacher for women’s conferences, retreats, and events. Listening to her message, one might think
she is watching a scene from Steel Magnolias as Frankie reminisces about growing up in the days of “Big Hair” and “Elvis”. She is hilariously funny
and “as southern as sweet tea”!
Purchase your tickets this Sunday on the Adult Hall between services, or contact Tammie Bradberry at
803-627-2858 or [email protected]. Tickets with meal are only $10.

Spring Bible Studies
We have received some excellent Bible study materials

we lack are the people to lead the studies. Here is a list of

speaks to your heart about sharing His Word, please see
Pastor George Miller about your interest. You may contact

New Study.... Don Clary’s LifeGroup on Sunday night is beginning a new
study called SHARING JESUS WITHOUT FEAR. It is information
every Christian should know...Peter said “to always be ready -
to be ready to explain our faith”. The class meets every
Sunday at 6:00 pm in the Knox Building. Everyone is
welcome and there are no expectations of members - that is
between the learner and God.
