Assignment 4Scenario (5 potential points)You manage the social media accounts for yourself, your business or your organization and recently launched a Facebook page and Google+ page, both of which have generated a fair amount of activity. However, despite mostly positive comments, there is a fair amount of negative feedback being shared by your customers or other individuals associated with your organization. Do you delete these comments and/or block the users or do you engage them in an effort to remain transparent and with the goal of converting a detractor into a supporter by quickly and amicably resolving their issues?
