safe and friendly environ m ent for primary school children 5 – 12 year of age. We are one of the few re maining
school-run centres in the area and cater for up to 180 children each day.

All bookings must be made via the Parent Portal and
before the specified closing date. Pay ment of fees
m ust be made in full, prior to the first day of care.
E X C U R SI O N S
O n excursion days it is important children arrive at least
20 minutes before the bus is due to leave; the bus will
not wait for those who are late. On non -excursion days
children can arrive at any tim e.
In most cases, excursions are strictly limited to 50
participants so we encourage fa milies to book early.
W H A T T O B RIN G
C hildren are required to bring the following each day:
Packed lunch, unless otherwise indicated on the
progra m (do not send food that requires heating)
W ater bottle
Clothing suitable for the day’s weather
Shoes suitable for participa tion in the day’s
activities (no Crocs or thongs)
Fro m 30 April - 1 Septe mber a wide brim med hat
(no baseball caps) and sunscreen is required.

M orning and afternoon tea is provided each day and
w ater is readily available.
P A Y M E N T S
Pay ments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or
eftpos (at school office), bPay (Berwick PS fa milies
only) or by using the Qkr app.
C A N C E LL A TIO N S
C ancellations made after the closing date will
result in a loss of deposit. C ancellation of care once
the progra m has co m m enced will be charged in full.
W e do not issue refunds or credits in the case of illness
or injury or where a child does not attend.
S P E N DIN G M O N E Y & V A L U A B L E S
Strictly no money or children’s toys (including electronic
ga mes) are to be brought to the progra m. If students
bring mobile phones, these must be kept in the O S H C
office for the day’s care. Please hand to a staff
m e m ber when signing in.
W e do not accept any responsibility for loss or da mag e
to personal items that are brought to the progra m.
B E H A VI O U R
If a child’ s behaviour seriously affects the safety and/or
enjoy ment of others, parents will be contacted and
asked to make alternative care arrange m ents for their
child/ren.

Parents of children with additional needs must contact
the OS H C service on 9707 4656 at least 2 weeks
before the close of booking date. It is important to
allow sufficient time to discuss possible attendance and
funding to best support your child’s participation in the
progra m.
