As soon as I start talking about my own issue, people feel more comfortable discussing themselves.” Bodyside uses the Cynosure Apogee Elite laser, which differs from those commonly found in salons or spas. “The beauty of our laser machine is that we can perform a number of different treatments,” says Christie. “The hand piece used never touches your skin, making it more hygienic between clients. Cynosure Elite, in my opinion, is the Rolls Royce of laser machines.” Christie’s daughter, Sarah Christie-Manvell, works with her at Bodyside. 3 zucchini 3 tablespoons butter, softened 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

SETUPPreheat grill for direct medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.

COOKINGGrill the zucchini until the cheese has melted and the slices are cooked through and show grill marks, about 8 minutes

INGREDIENTS

Vegetarian Barbecue? You betcha! Or makes a great side dish with your favorite steak!

• Cut the zucchini in half crosswise, then slice each half into 3 slices lengthwise, making 6 slices per zucchini.

• Mix the butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl, and spread the mixture on both sides of each zucchini slice.

• Sprinkle one side of each slice with Parmesan cheese, and place the slices, cheese sides up, crosswise on the preheated grill to keep them from falling through.
