Thank you for choosing Vanish Farmwoods Brewery as your wedding destination. Vanish is a 63-acre, family-owned farm-brewery in beautiful Lucketts, VA. It’s known for good beer and a laid-back vibe.
With the use of local ingredients, we focus on bringing you beer that is plant-to-pint and seed-to-sip. We offer up to 20 beers on tap at a time in our massive Taproom. We boast plenty of outdoor space with scenic views, as well as several options for weddings both big and small.

All reception sites include all-day access to the bridal suite, ceremony chairs, bar set-up, two bartenders, water dispensers with cups, trash removal.
Bridal Suite: Available 10am-10pm for use with any reception site rental, includes full-kitchen, bathroom, common area, two rooms, back balcony, gated path to Creekside Reception site.
The Ruins Ceremony Grounds: Available May-October for use with any reception site rental. Suitable for up to 200 seated. Includes ceremony chairs.

CATERINGWe offer in-house BBQ catering, and all meats are smoked on site. Pizza and party trays are also available. BBQ catering is served buffet style. Plates, paper towels and cutlery are included with catering orders. All catering orders need to be placed at least two months prior to the wedding. In-house catering is available for the Farmside Pavilion and the Stables. The Creekside Pavilion requires outside catering. Outside caterers and dessert are permitted; must be approved by Vanish and provide proof of insurance.
BAR SERVICEAll bar orders need to be placed at least two months prior to the wedding. Bar set-up includes two bartenders, cups and water dispensers. We do not allow outside non-alcoholic beverages, liquor or alcohol on the premises.

CONTRACTWe require a 30% deposit to be placed at least six months prior to the wedding to secure the date and hold the reception site. Deposit is non-refundable. Final payment must be placed at least 30 days prior to the date. Sales tax is 6% and 20% gratuity is added based on food and beverages purchased.
