Old Gippstown is the perfect

location for your wedding day,

offering both Ceremony and

Reception locations personally

designed to make your day one to

remember, why choose anywhere

else?

Ideally placed in Moe, the Centre

of Gippsland, set on 8 acres, with

beautiful gardens and historic

buildings, Old Gippstown will set a

beautiful back drop for your

special day. Old Gippstown has

plenty of onsite parking and

features four function areas

designed to cater for small

intimate gatherings through to

extravagant dinner parties for up

to 150 guests.

The Main function area has a

country rustic setting featuring a

fire place, fairy lights and old

fashioned items while Narracan

Hall is set for a more formal

atmosphere.

For intimate gatherings, the shearing shed or coach house are both tucked

away quietly, offering a private touch to your function.

Ceremonies can be accommodated for anywhere in the Park, from our

lavish gardens to our antique church the choice is yours.

DRINKS AT BAR PRICES

Old Gippstown will supply drinks at bar

prices, this includes 2 bar staff. (You can

either pay a tab once limit is reached,

guests can then purchase their own

drinks, or guests can purchase their own

drinks.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception Price $865

Ceremony:

Hire of the Church (80 Guests), Water Wheel, McMillan Homestead, Rotunda, or

Garden.

The hire of facilities for a wedding ceremony includes decorated seating area with

white flower arrangements forming an aisle with pedestals of flowers in the

ceremony area.

The Fee includes access to the whole Park for photographic purposes.

Reception:

Location for your reception are:

Undercover area— Can seat up to 120 people comfortably (Maximum 150), can be

fully enclosed in case of inclement weather and has a fire place.

The above prices include table and chairs

Patio heaters are available to hire at $40 each

Bar staff are required (please see packages and costs for details).

The hire of facilities for a wedding ceremony includes decorated seating area with white flower

arrangements forming an aisle with pedestals of flowers in the ceremony area. The colour is

white and cream but coordinating colours can be arranged for an extra cost starting at $50

(depending on colour and availability).

The Fee includes access to the whole Park for photographic purposes.

In the Event you choose a garden wedding, we always have the Church for use in the case of

inclement weather.

Reception Only Price $600

Location choices for your reception are:

Undercover area— Can seat up to 112 people comfortably (Maximum 150), can be fully

enclosed in case of inclement weather and has a fire place. Kitchen facilities also available upon

request.

The above prices include table and chairs

Patio heaters are available to hire at $40 each

Bar Staff are required (please see packages and costs for details)

Please note wedding couple are to organize their own decorations.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Liquor Licence

We are an on premises licensed venue until 11pm. We are able to supply alcohol or

you can BYO please see Packages & Costs for details or contact us for more

information.

Decorating

We have details of a decorator who usually decorates our events or you may

decorate personally.

Catering

The Park has an in house caterer able to cater for your special day.

Car Hire

We have a 1929 Chevrolet and A Dodge fire truck that are available to hire for your

wedding.

Confetti

We understand that people may wish to throw confetti or rice on the Bride and

Groom but we ask you to please inform your Guests that we have animals around

the park and don’t wish for them to become ill.

Rose petals are most welcome to be thrown at the Bride and Groom if the wedding

is outside.
