Robin Hill is set in 88 acres of stunning ancient woodland, and offers a truly unique and spectacular wedding experience. We are a licensed venue, able to offer you a choice of 4 ceremony venue’s, with indoor and outdoor options to accommodate for all styles and tastes.

Our professional grade catering and bars in a breath taking outdoor woodland setting, will ensure that your reception venue is one of a kind.

We are a venue like no other, and as such, your wedding will be unforgettable. Our wedding packages are designed to take the stress out of your special day, with a tried and tested experience, run by our expert team.

Our packages are of limited availability and only available outside of Robin Hill’s normal operating hours, meaning you have the private use of the park.

The Pond Lodge - A brand new catering outlet, which will serve your guests ‘street food’ style, offering you a range of high quality meals with a relaxed serving feel.

Additional Options are limitless, and requirements can be discussed with yourwedding co-ordinator.

PRICES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Packages start at £10,000 and are priced for a minimum of 100 guests.

Additional Guests are charged at £50 a head. Additional children under 7 years old are free(subject to total numbers) but will still be catered for.

To secure your chosen date, a deposit of 50% is required.

Our team are happy to discuss any further requirements you have for the day, we are experienced in all manner of professional events and can source, prepare and deliver anything you need to make your day perfect.

Due to the nature of our business, we have a limited amount of dates available. Potential dates will all occur outside of peak season and school holidays. Please ask us for our up to date availability.

Please note, use of the park will have limitations during our normal operating hours. If you choose a date whilstthe park is open to the public, ceremony’s will need to take place from 4pm onwards, with full private use of the park being available from 5pm when it is closed to the public. Use of the rides will also only be available between 5pm-8pm. From 5pm the park is exclusively yours for the entirety of the evening.

We have a small premium selection of dates available when our park is closed to the public. On these dates you would have unlimited access to the park from 12pm onwards and flexible use of the ceremony venues and rides.

Availability

The FoodAll of our food is homemade and freshly prepared using Isle of Wight produce. As such we are able to tailor the menus to your individual needs and dietary requirements.

The next two pages are just some examples of what we can offer. Our catering team are highly experienced in event catering, and happy to discuss alternative options. Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan Free Options are always available. Children’s Menu’s can also be provided on request.

Once you have secured your booking with us, we can offeryou a Trial Menu service. This will enable you to samplethe food we have to offer and assist in choosing yourfinal dream menu.
