Do you have relatives who just can’t make the trip to your wedding? With our newly installed audio visual equipment, we can live stream your reception. The entire nursing home can tune in! We just stream it live to our YouTube Channel. If you’d like a more momentary and intimate interface with your remote guest, we also offer SKYPE, to your account and with credit card set-up. With our wireless tabletop microphones, several reception tables can be easily outfitted with microphones for you and your guests to interact and speak directly with your virtual guest or guests.

The ballroom is outfitted with aPPle tV. Swipe up on your iPhone and press Air-Play Mirroring. This will search for Apple TV, then you sign in to your iTunes account and you can either play music in the ballroom or watch anything in your iTunes account.

We also offer wireless Wi-Fi throughout the mansion. A wireless, lofted projector is in the ballroom requiring only a USB for usage.

All audio visual technology needs and requests must be arranged prior to the event and spelled out as a part of your contract.

As part of our inclusive wedding package we offer something that no other local venue offers at this time! An interactive 2D and 3D reception layout software program. We can work remotely with you, in real-time, to determine the optimal layout for your wedding reception. We can even show it to you in various table linen colors. The 3-D version will take you on an animated virtual wedding guest tour.
