This beautiful villa of 700 m2 is located in San Jose area with fabulous views of the Cala Vadella coastline. The property consists of 50.000 m2 of land and offers space and comfort with its modern but colonial style decor and vast green lawns.
All the features and furnishings have been finished to the very highest standard and the large outdoor pool area and sun terraces offer the perfect spot to relax and to enjoy the picturesque sea and sunset views.

The villa is set out over two floors and it has six bedrooms and six
bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private terrace with seating
that overlooks the sea and the valley of Cala Vadella. There are two
separate apartments apartments/guest houses right next to the
property with two bedrooms, internet and television. The ground
floor of the main house features a large open plan living space with
a terrace running full length along the property with seating areas
offering impressive sea views.
Outside: The terrace runs the full width of the main house with
several areas, including covered and uncovered seating offering an
alfresco dining experience with a breathtaking backdrop. Stairs lead
down to the swimming pool and sun terrace areas, furnished with
comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The entire property is set
within impressive sprawling lawned gardens surrounded by neat
hedges. The villa is fenced and has an automatic gate.
Facilities: air con in all bedrooms, central heating, fireplace,
satellite TV, WiFi, spacious fully equipped modern kitchen, BBQ,
garden, guest house, 14 x 5 m swimming pool.
