the Ballroom

Avianto’s Ballroom will leave you feeling overawed by the romantic style of this design. The two winding staircases sweep down to the tables surrounding the wooden dance floor. The unique design of the

Ballroom allows for various seating arrangements accommodating a minimum of 80 and a maximum of 300 guests, with a dance floor and white damask linen covered rectangular tables seating 10 guests each.

The venue is totally climate controlled for comfort throughout the year and there are also three fireplaces

making it possible for you to have a beautiful winter wedding. The magnificent patio overlooking the Amphitheatre and Crocodile River is for your exclusive use with roaring fireballs in the winter. This can be

arranged with your co-ordinator.

Elegant

the Banquet Hall

A spellbinding blend of charm and grace has ensured that many a bride and groom have left our valley deeply content and happy with the celebration of their union. In a romantic setting, the Banquet Hall and

adjacent non-denominational Chapel allows for only one wedding per day to take place.

The intelligent design of the Banquet Hall can accommodate a minimum of 80 and a maximum of 250 guests without a dance floor or 200 guests with a dance floor. Round ten-seater tables covered with white damask linen create a feeling of intimacy. The venue is totally climate controlled for comfort throughout

the year, with a roaring fireplace for you to enjoy a beautiful winter wedding. The patio is also for your exclusive use.

Magnificent

the Fireside Room

The Fireside Room is the perfect setting for a smaller more intimate wedding. It is a beautiful venue accommodating less than 80 guests and set with round eight-seater tables, covered in damask linen.

There are two options available for the exchanging of vows. The first option is that of conducting the ceremony in an area incorporated in the Fireside Room. An altar and candles provide the delicate finishing touches to this setting. The second option is to make use of the stone Amphitheatre on the

banks of the Crocodile River, with nature as your witness.

This venue is available from Monday to Thursday and Sundays, excluding public holidays and the day prior to a public holiday.

Spectacular

the Amphitheatre and Fireside Room

Two options are available for your ceremony when booking the Ballroom.

The first is an authentic outdoor stone Amphitheatre overlooking the Crocodile River, creating the perfect romantic backdrop while taking your wedding vows.

The second is the Fireside Room with seating for up to 240 guests. This room has an altar and there is also the option of having a fire in the fireplace during winter ceremonies. Guests will exit directly onto

the patio for drinks prior to entering the reception venue.

Our loyal chefs have many years of dedication and experience in the kitchen and their prestige track record has proven to be a winning recipe for creating exquisite dishes. Avianto’s food of a high-

quality standard is made with only the freshest and finest of ingredients, allowing us to customise your menu, while keeping up to date with the latest trends.

Full bars are available and our outstanding service ensures that your guests are well taken care of. A selection of pre-drinks and cocktails are available for you to choose from when it comes to serving

your guests, while you have your photographs taken. Drinks can be served with mouth watering canapés.

Regular menu tastings are scheduled for you to discuss your selection with your chef, thereby ensuring that your final choice of menu contributes to an elegant function.

the Village Hotel

Built with love and honesty in mind, the Village has 29 luxury rooms and 5 suites that provide an atmosphere of unpretentious style and luxury, complemented by high levels of service.

The bride and groom will be given a complimentary suite on the day of their wedding, which will be made available from 11h00. This will allow them to enjoy the preparations of getting hair and make-up

done in a relaxing environment.

Special rates are available for your wedding guests so that they can enjoy the wedding without having to worry about driving home.

The accommodation is dependent on availability, so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
