• Your photographs will look incredible.  We have a stunning backdrop whichever way you turn.  In addition to our 360 degree views we also offer our Olive Grove and Stone Bush hut with an idyllic creek as photography shoot locations.

• Your family and friends can stay onsite or at other accommodation close by for the weekend and enjoy a relaxed

vibe and an un-rushed celebration in the amazing Lost World Valley.

• We do not lock you into an expensive per person drinks package.  We are happy for you to supply all alcohol and we will provide the bar service.  Many liquor outlets have a return policy for weddings and events.  Anything unopened after the event can be returned for a full refund.  This will save you a lot of money!

Package 2. “Ceremony and Stay” Capacity: Up to 31 people

the day. • Reception venue in our Worendo Homestead • Tables and Chairs for up to 31 Guests • Gift and / or wishing well tables • A choice of amazing ceremony locations • Up to 31 chairs for the ceremony and signing table and chairs • Amazing Photography Locations including our 360 degree World Heritage Listed view,

Our Olive Grove and our Stone Hut by an idyllic creek • Access to our list of preferred suppliers and vendors • 3 Phase Power and backup generator • Public Liability Insurance • 2 Fire Pits with Firewood

Accommodation from $3960 It is also required that you rent all of our accommodation for a minimum of 2 nights with a minimum of 22 people per night charged at $90 per person ($3960). We can host up to 31 guests onsite (extra cost @ $90 per person). **Please bear in mind that the cost of the accommodation is typically passed on to your guests**

Package 3. “Destination Wedding” Capacity: 32 to 80

Venue Hire $5990Inclusions: • Up to 3 pre planning site visits • Unlimited emails and phone calls • Ground staff costs including car park attendants, runners and maintenance. • Pre planning including a comprehensive checklist which is turned into a run sheet for

the day. • Venue co-ordination - Our co-ordinator will be onsite throughout the event to ensure

that everything happens on time, people know where and when they need to be and any contingency is covered to keep things on a smooth path.

• Bar Service for BYO Drinks - Our bar service includes 3 staff for 6 hours bar service to serve, clear and wash up. It also includes ice, tea, coffee, milk, water stations and everything you need to run the bar except the drinks.

• Cold Room Hire - We hire a mobile cold room for the event so that all drinks will be kept nice and cold.

• Glassware - all glassware is included. • Commercial Kitchen Hire - Full Access to our Cooking School Kitchen for a licensed

and insured caterer. • All plates, cutlery, platters for the food service. • We will liaise with you and your suppliers (photographer, celebrant, flowers, make-up

etc) so that on the day, you and your guests can enjoy the event knowing that we have the finer details in hand.

What’s not included?

Catering:

We include kitchen hire and all plates, cutlery and platters for the catering service as part of our venue hire but you need to hire your own caterer who must be licensed and insured. We do have our preferred caterer “The Vintage Pickle”. https://www.facebook.com/Thevintagepickle/ You may wish to source an alternate caterer or food truck which is ok, however they must be licensed and insured and show proof of this.

*Table Cloths and Napkins are not included and we suggest that you hire these with the marquee*

Decorations and internal lighting for the marquee are not included - this is up to you. We provide the backdrop and the basics.

Frequently asked questions:

Can I have food trucks or my own caterer? Yes we do allow food trucks and your own caterer if they are a licensed and insured operator and provide a copy of this to us.

Do you have a curfew? Yes we do. 10:30pm. At this time the music needs to be off and all guests not booked to stay in our accommodation will need to leave.

Is there other accommodation nearby? Yes there is plenty of local accommodation. All guests would be able to stay within 10 minutes of our venue.

Can I supply the alcohol? Yes you can. We still need to run the bar service for legal reasons and to ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol but you will supply the beverages. This will save you a lot of money!

Is there a shuttle bus we can use to transfer guests? Yes there is. We are serviced by Beaudesert Bus Lines and this is an option for you to book a charter service for your guests if you would like to.

Are you Pet Friendly? Yes we are. Pets can stay in our Homestead and also Treehouse Cottage. Maximum of 2 pets per booking and there is a $50 surcharge.

Do you have service providers that you work with? Yes we do. If you book with us we will provide you with a suppliers list which includes everything from photographers, celebrants, hair, make up, wedding planners and a lot more!

Is there plenty of onsite parking? Yes there is. We also personally welcome each guest and run the parking for you and usher guests to the ceremony location.

What is the Booking Process? Book a site visit to get a feel for the place and have a chat about what you would like. If you wish to proceed we will then give you a formal quote. If this is accepted we ask that you sign a contract and pay a deposit to confirm the booking.
