As we want our clients and their guests to enjoy a wonderful event and have beautiful photos to capture these special
moments and memories, we also want to ensure everyone’s safety on or around our golf course remains a top priority. As we
are a Private Club, we also must ask that everyone be courteous to our Member patrons upon your visit and acknowledge
these important notes:
We can provide one golf cart for the happy couple and one additional cart for one photographer to be escorted
around the Club by a YLCC staff member. A maximum of two riders are allowed on YLCC golf carts
Access to the 7th Tee with the lake backdrop will be possible with the YLCC staff escort only
No persons or photos will be allowed on the golf course when golf play is in progress
We would love to showcase the photos and share your shots with future guests. If you or your photographer(s) are
interested in sharing your photos, please ask the Event Team for the photo release form.
We highly recommend all photographers schedule time to visit and tour the grounds prior to our client’s big day, but if your
schedule does not permit, in addition to the Poolside Area, here are a few images of approved areas for photography:
