1. Registering Your Clinic

To register your clinic for DAIRYANTIBIOGRAM visit the website https://dab.bayer.co.nz and follow the steps in this section.

1.2 Click on the I’M A VET button to go to the Vet login homepage.

1.1 Go to the website homepage https://dab.bayer.co.nz

1.3 On the Vet login homepage click on the Register your Clinic button.

1.4 Before completing your registration you must first request a unique code.

Click on the Request Unique Code Here button.

1.5 Enter your clinic details into the required fields and send your request via the button at the bottom of the pop up box. Once your request has been processed the unique code to complete your registration will be emailed to the address provided.

1.6 Once you receive your unique code return to the Registration - Step 1 page and enter all required details into the fields and click Next.

1.7 On the Registration - Step 2 page enter the details of all your vets that you would like to register.

Each vet you add will be emailed a registration request, see step 1.8 below. Once they have completed their registration request your vet/s will be able to log in to the clinic.

1.8 Each vet that you add will receive an email to complete their registration.

On receiving the email they can click click here which will redirect them to the website where they can check the details as shown in 1.9.

1.10 Once you have added all of your clinic vets please select a “Nominated Vet”. This vet will receive new test requests and notifications.

Once selected click FINISH and registration is complete.

1.11 Return to the Vet login homepage and insert your Username and Password to log in.

1.9 To approve their registration vets can edit their details and then create their own unique password for when they log in. They can then click Complete Registration.

2.1 Once logged in to your Vet clinic homepage it will look similar to this example.

2.2 In the top right of the homepage click Clinic Settings.

2. Editing Your Clinic Settings

2.3 On this page you are able to edit all of your clinic details, including clinic name, logo, email address and registered vets.

3.1 Go to your Vet clinic homepage.

3.2 In the left hand column go to the Farm/Client List then click Add New Farm/Client.

3.4 To edit the client and farm details select the Farm / Client List page in the left hand column menu.

Then for the client you wish to edit click Edit.

3. Adding/Editing Clients & Farms

3.3 Complete all of the required fields of the form and click Save.

Note: If your client has more than one farm, use the Add Another Farm button to create new fields for each farm.

The Clinic and Vet details will auto-populate from the logged in vet settings.

3.5 You can use the same process as adding a client to edit the content of the fields and then click Save to update the client and farm information.

4.2 In this example we have searched using a vet’s name which displays all of the Farms / Clients connected with them.

4.1 Go to your Vet clinic homepage.

In the left hand column menu click Farm / Client List.

You can also search for a client using their Farm Number, the Contact Person or the Trading Account Name, or by selecting a vet from the drop down list.

4.3 From the displayed list of clients, locate the one you want to request a test for and click Request Test.

4.6 Step 3 - select the relevant Dry Cow Therapy usage and product information and then click Next to continue.

4.4 Work your way through the test request process filling in the details required for each step.

Step 1 - if you have a promo code for the test add it to the field and then click Next to continue.

4.5 Step 2 - select the number of tests per year, then select the month you would like the test to be taken. Click Next to continue.

4.9 Step 6 - select and confirm the options for the DAIRYANTIBIOGRAM test request approval, complete the fields for the vet name and date and then click Send Request and the DAIRYANTIBIOGRAM test request will be sent.

4.8 Step 5 - enter the amount which you wish to charge your client, excluding GST, for the test and then click Next to continue.

4.7 Step 4 - select the relevant Lactating Cow Therapy product information and then click Next to continue.

5. Viewing DAIRYANTIBIOGRAM Results

5.3 On the client’s page under the Client Test History, locate the test you want to view and click View Result.

5.4 Your test result will display as a pdf.

6. Creating a Farm Summary Report

6.3 Step 2 - Complete all relevant fields for your concerns for curing mastitis right now and for the farm’s sustainability and then click Next to continue.

6.4 Step 3 - Drag the mastitis patient options from the right hand column under the relevant headings on the left and then click Next to continue.

6.2 Step 1 - Using the drop down menus select the relevant susceptibility profiles and then click Next to continue.

6.1 Go to the client’s page and under the Client Test History, locate the test you wish to create a report for and click Create Report.

6.7 Step 6 - From the drop down menu select multiple options for the advice on sustainability, click DONE and then click Review Report to continue.

6.6 Step 5 - Select the dry cow strategy from the available options and then click Next to continue.

6.5 Step 4 - Select the relevant product options for the assigned mastitis patients and then click Next to continue.
