GOAL OF SITEUNITED WAY OF THE BAY AREA

Create a robust and stable directory website in WordPress which will allow Tax Sites to post and edit their information (some private and some public).

Features:

• EKS administrators need to be able to download the database of sites (all information) in a spreadsheet. Ability to upload sites to the site in a spreadsheet format would be nice to have but not essential.

• When Tax Sites edit information there will need to be a prompt to send an email to an customizable array of administrators, based on which county the Tax Site resides in. The email will alert the administrator as to which fields have been edited.

Thomas Taxsite is the Coordinator for a tax site who will be filling out the information for the site. The form contains fields for both public and private information. Thomas will be able to log in and update/change any of the information as needed. Changes will prompt an email alert to the County Lead letting them specifically know what changes were made.

Staff can easily edit all content.

Staff can download spreadsheet of tax sites from admin dashboard.

Staff can publish and unpublish sites.

Tax Site Coordinators can create an account, or use an exsisting account, and enter both public and privately shown information.

Tax Site Coordinators can log in to edit their information.

When a tax site makes a changes it will create an email alert to site administrators that a change has been made and exactly what fields were in fact changed.

Admins need to the capability of inputting who should receive email notifications.

Staff to post relevant information in blog posts.

Site will display current tweets from EKS twitter account.

Display emotive imagery throughout site to communicate how much this free service is doing to help cut poverty in the Bay Area.

Client/anonymous need the ability to search for tax sites by location, keyword, etc. (see page 13).

Branding will include United Way of the Bay Area logo.
