2FA Functionality

Overview• This feature has been set up as a 2 level security check.

• It serves as an added security measure.

• Q& A -2FA will be live from April 1,2012.

• The first time login involves selection of a secure access image and 5 authentication questions out of the options provided which is a one time set up only.

• This is applicable for logging in from our website and from the exe software .

• Incase a client forgets the Q&A , he can contact customer care for resetting the same.

• The subsequent slides will highlight the steps for setting up the same.

Initial Login

Enter the login id i.e. the client code and select ‘Login’

Select the radio button for the secure access

image and then ’ Save ‘

Note: This is the first time set-up. Whenever you login next time you will be shown the image that you have selected below implying a connection to our trading platform .

Any 5 questions need to be check marked

and answered

Note: Out of the 20 questions featuring on this page, any 5 need to be answered by you. Whenever you login next you will be prompted to answer any two of the five questions you have answered. This will serve as a second validation over and above your password.
