1. HOME This page gives a quick overview of all the things that are happening at Bkool. In this section you'll find your most recent activity and the activity of your friends on Bkool. All of your sessions will show up on this wall, which your friends will be able to see. On the right you can find different sections, like your scheduled sessions, invite friends, your profile, etc. 2.1 FEATURED In this section you'll find a selection of featured sessions, from the highest scoring to the latest video routes. From here you can schedule your trainer sessions or go to the advanced settings, where you can add rivals, splits, etc.
2.2 SEARCH
1. Search options. 2. List or map display 3. Schedule session. 4. Set up session. Look for a session. The search option lets you filter from among the over 500,000 sessions on Bkool. Use the tabs on the left to select among GPS, nonGPS and velodrome routes. On each tab you can filter by distance, time, city, video routes, 3D, etc. The center part will show the results of the search, which you can display in list form or on a map. Schedule a session. If you hover over any route you'll see the option to schedule it. For video sessions, there will also be a button to play a few seconds of the video. By default sessions are scheduled to be done that day or the following day. If you don't do them by then, they will be deleted from your scheduled sessions.
Advanced settings. Each route has a settings button on the lower left. You can use it to add rivals, splits, targets (heart rate, power, cadence and zone), change the date, make it private, etc. UPF test. To assess your fitness level, you can schedule a UPF test in the "non GPS" tab. Velodrome. On this tab you need only filter by laps or time and hover the mouse over the route to schedule it.
1. Velodrome by laps or time. 2. Schedule session. 2.3. VIDEO SEARCH TOOL This is the same as the search tool (Section 2.2), but the search is limited to the hundreds of video routes available. Notice there are two tabs, one for Bkool videos recorded by us, and one for community videos recorded by users. Yes, you can record your own videos! Check Section 2.7.1
2.4 SCHEDULED
1. Session type 2. Make favorite. 3. Session details. This section shows a list of all your scheduled sessions so that you can check them whenever you want. You will see information on the date, difficulty, rivals, points available, etc. Session type. The icons will help you identify whether the session is from a league you're participating in, a group, etc. Hover over each icon to get a description. Make favorite. There is a star alongside each session name. Clicking on it copies this session to your favorites so you can do it whenever you want. Session details. You can also expand the session details to get more information on it or to see the first few seconds of the video, if there is one.
2.5 FAVORITES
1. Delete favorites. Find the list of sessions you previously marked as favorites (see Section 2.4 / Make favorite). To delete a session from this list, simply click on the star to the left of the session name. 2.6 CREATE PLAN
Create plan. To create a training plan, follow the steps listed in this section. You'll have to enter information on your time availability, the goal you want to achieve with the plan, etc.
After creating the plan After you've completed all the steps, the system will automatically create the sessions and add them to your calendar. In the simulator. Every time you go into simulator, you'll see a section labeled "Plan" where you'll find the sessions in your training plan so you can begin as soon as you want. Target pace. During the sessions the green and red bars in the work zones located in the lower panel of the simulator will indicate the pace you should be doing at all times. Green indicates the target pace. Progress. You can see how your training plan is progressing on the website, My activity > plans. For more details see Section 3.5.1. Leaving a plan or creating another. You can always leave a plan or create another in Sessions > Create plan. 2.7 CREATE A ROUTE In this section you can create new routes in Bkool to ride later on the trainer and share with other users. There are several options for creating routes, from recording a video route to creating an interval route manually. Keep in mind. In this section you only import the route. It's not regarded as a completed session for inclusion in your history. To include it in your history, you have to do so from My activity > Import (see Section 3.6).
2.7.1 VIDEO EDITOR
You'll find all the information on how to record video routes, edit them and upload them to Bkool.comi. You can also check the editor manual here .
2.7.2 FROM GARMIN
Here you can import routes recorded with your Garmin. Follow the onscreen steps to download the Garmin plugin, which will let you access your activities directly and select the ones you want to upload to Bkool.com.
2.7.3 FROM FILE
In this section you can create a route from a file stored on your computer, such as a gpx file. Follow the steps shown.
3.2 ANALYSISSelect the activity type and period and get a graphical analysis of the figures.

3. MY ACTIVITY
3.1 TROPHIESIn this section you can see all of the trophies your hard work has earned you in this and previous seasons.
3.3 HISTORY In this section you can find all of the activities you've done. Click on the activity name to see the details on the data recorded during that activity. You can also add your activities to Favorites or to Challenge.

3.4 CALENDAR The calendar shows all of your past and future activities. To the right you'll see a key describing the colors and symbols used.
3.5 PLANS 3.5.1 CREATE A PLAN See point 2.6, Create a plan. 3.5.1 INFORMATION ON THE PLAN CREATED Here you can find information on all the plans you've created. Duration, target, number of sessions to ride, cycles, etc. You can also delete it if you want.
3.6 IMPORT In this section you can add to your History all the activities done outside of Bkool. 3.6.1 BKOOL OUTDOOR APP To forget about having to import every outdoor activity you do, download the mobile app for cycling and running. You'll be able to record your cycling and running sessions easily on your cell phone and store your training data on Bkool.com so that you can analyze it, share it or repeat a session at home. 3.6.2 FROM GARMIN Here you can find the activities you've recorded on your Garmin. Follow the onscreen steps to download the Garmin plugin, which will let you access your activities directly and select the ones you want to upload to Bkool.com.
3.6.3 FROM FILE In this section you can import activities from a file stored on your computer, such as a gpx or hrm file. Follow the steps shown.
3.6.4 MANUALLY If you haven't recorded your activity on any device, in this section you can add it to your history manually. Add the intervals you've done and click "Import". In the next step you can give your activity a name and description.
4. SHARE 4.1 NOW ON BKOOL In this section you'll find a brief description of active content on Bkool, such as active leagues and your place in the ranking and groups. 4.2 RANKING In this section you can see how you compare to other Bkoolers in both cycling and running. You can also select the country, category and time of year. 4.3 LEAGUES Leagues are a fun way to take part in competitions with your friends, whenever you want without having to do the route on a specific date. Leagues are associated with groups and each group can only have one active league. The duration of the league is determined by the days on which the first stage starts and the last stage ends. Find out more about leagues at: http://www.bkool.com/help Remember that you have to belong to the group to take part in its league. 4.3 GROUPS Groups offer an easy way to compete, share information and stay in touch with the people in your team, club or with other Bkool users. You can create a group with your friends and have others join later. Remember that you have to belong to the group to take part in its league. 4.5 FRIENDS Find your friends on Bkool and invite those you know are into sports, like you. You can invite them via email or through Facebook or Twitter. Bkool will also suggest people you may know from the Bkool community.
