Cancellation Penalties

If an individual needs to cancel, the following penalty will apply based on the date that the cancellation is received in writing at our office.

Now to September 30, 2016 - No PenaltyOctober 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016 - $150.00 Penalty Per PersonDecember 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 - $350.00 Penalty Per PersonJanuary 1, 2017 to February 28, 2017 - $550.00 Penalty Per PersonMarch 1, 2017 to March 31, 2017 - $850.00 Penalty Per PersonApril 1, 2017 to May 18, 2017 - Full Amount Paid Penalty

Optional Cancellation Insurance

Optional cancellation insurance is available to individuals at an additional cost. This insurance would allow for a full refund of the amount paid for the trip if the individual needed to cancel the trip due to a covered medical reason. The price of the insurance is based on age. The cost for a student is $46.00. The cost for adults is slightly higher.
