September 26, 2018 Dear Pastor and Praying Friends, Our goals as missionaries in Bolivia are still the same as they were 30 years ago when we first arrived; to fulfill the Great Commission! To win Bolivians to Christ, to see them baptized, discipled and equipted for ministry! It is always a joy to report on those saved and baptized. Let me put a face on one of those numbers. Pictured below is a young man, Eduardo, who was saved in the ministry in Tabladita. I began discipleship with him, and he is hungry for the Word. When I asked about baptism (a BIG step for Bolivians) he said “This Sunday?” He is the oldest in his family and is praying for the salvation of his parents and siblings! Our discipleship ministry begins with 16 lessons, one on one, from salvation to end times. It is a commitment of time and effort, both for the student and teacher. There are 2 to 3 verses to memorize each week and homework to finish. Pictured above are 4 who recently completed Discipleship I, with their disciplers behind them. ¿Imaynallam kaskanki? (How are you?) While most here in the southern tip of Bolivia speak Spanish, for some it is a second language. We recently hosted our first service in Quechua. Felipe, one of our Institute students preached. While I didn´t understand much, it was awesome to see the response. Many were weeping as they sang, listened to testimonies and heard God´s Word, ALL IN QUECHUA! I am already being asked when our next Quechua service will be. Pray for this exciting new ministry! Dear Pastor and Praying Friends, Our goals as missionaries in Bolivia are

still the same as they were 30 years ago when we first arrived; to fulfill the Great Commission!

It is a commitment of time and effort,

both for the student and teacher.
