RCS has 30 years of operational and real estate expertise with returns that are in the top 5% of private equity real estate firms in the US.
SUMMARYAs the Development Analyst you will assist in the acquisitions and asset management of development assets, including conducting market research, drafting LOI’s, performing due diligence, periodic reporting on projects underway, assisting in closing the acquisitions, and assisting with the ongoing operations of current assets. This individual will have strong financial skills and prior acquisitions experience as a real estate analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES Create proformas for new acquisitions Draft offers and review legal agreements Collect and analyze due diligence information Conduct market analysis Create loan request packages, investment and offering memorandums Assist in working with lenders to procure and close loans Assist team in closing acquisitions and ensuring a smooth transition to the
Operations Team. Assist in the periodic reforecasting of investments Perform asset management analysis, including business plan modifications,
market analysis updates, etc. Assist with construction draw administration and the preparation of budgets Additional duties involving acquiring and asset management of development
assets.
QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (or related work
experience) Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point, communication, and writing
skills Minimum of 2 years of real estate acquisitions experience
