Enroll in the Frys Community Rewards Program Today

*Follow the steps below, shop atFry's, and help raise funds for CDO Band!

STEP 1: CREATE AN ONLINE FRYS ACCOUNT

**NOTE: Already have an online Frys account; skip to STEP 2 (next page)

1. Go tohttp://www.frysfood.com/

2. Click on Register (top right).

3. Under Create an Account, enter your email and create a password.

4. Under Select Your Preferred Store enter your postal code.

5. Click on Find Stores.

6. Select your store then click on Create Account

7. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox

8. You can click the hyperlink in your email to finish creating your online Frys account or continue with the steps below.

a. Enter your Frys V.I.P. Card or Alt Number and your last name and click on Save, this will take you to account summary, enter personal information and click on Save.

b. Scroll down to Community Rewards

c. Click on Enroll under Community Rewards.

d. Under Find Your Organization: Enter Canyon del Oro Band Boosters or the NPO 28318 then click on Search.

e. Under Select Your Organization, click on the circle next to your organization

f. Click on Enroll

g. If you have registered correctly, you should a green box with Your enrollment in the Community Rewards Program has been updated. Thank you for participating! You will also see the information listed under Community Rewards on your Account Summary page.

STEP 2: REGISTER FOR THE FRYS COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM

1. Go to www.FrysCommunityRewards.com

2. Click on Sign-In.

3. Enter your email and password, click on sign in.

4. Click on My Account/Your Name , under Account Summary scroll down to Community Rewards, if prompted, enter personal information.

5. Click on Enroll under Community Rewards.

6. Under Find Your Organization: Enter Canyon del Oro Band Boosters or the NPO 28318 then click on Search.

7. Under Select Your Organization, click on the circle next to your organization.

8. Click on Enroll
