EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION, BARRIERS, NON-EDUCATIONAL STRATEGIES 27) CMDA will develop an online evaluation to evaluate and analyze changes in

your learners’ professional practice gaps (i.e., changes in knowledge, competence, performance and practice changes). Three to four months after the completion of the activity, CMDA will send a follow-up outcomes survey to measure changes to professional practice as well as competence, performance
