Dear Potential Sponsor:

We would first like to thank you for taking the time to view our sponsorship program. We at the Aloha High School Swim Team are continuing our tradition this year. We are having our annual Midnight Madness Swim-A-thon. This is a great opportunity for our program to raise funds and your help would be greatly appreciated. The athlete you are working with will have a sponsor sheet in which to record your donation. We would love to partnership with you.

Your Money will be put to great use for our athletic program as well as a great advertisement for your business. .The funds raised will help to purchase and maintain equipment for our team, team shirts, as well as help us with scholarships for suits, other gear that some of the swimmers need and without would otherwise be unable to participate. We are a non-cut sport so everyone is included. Your help is greatly appreciated

The Midnight Madness will take place on the 7th of December from Midnight – 2:00am. This is a fun event where we turn off the lights and just use the pool lights. A great way to raise funds and to have a fun team experience.

The funds will be collected after the event and turned in on the 14th, 17th and 19th of December. When the funds are collected we will provide you with a receipt and our tax ID# for your business. Please make your checks out to “The Aloha Swim Team.
