Getting To Know Your Consultant Business Center

Go to the Consultant Business Center (CBC)http://my.partylite.com

and you’ll come to the flag page. As a side note, look at all the countries where PartyLite is established! They say “there

is a PartyLite party going on somewhere in the world every 14 seconds!” Click on the “English” button under the U.S. flag.

That will bring you to the sign in page.Enter your CNS ID and pin numbers.

Click “Continue”

Now you’ll be on the home page.Look around. Get familiar with it.

The “Communication Center” (Yellow arrow) is where you will find important updates from PartyLite’s Home Office. You’ll want to check this often, along with the Product Hotline button under Features (Red arrow). The Product Hotline will tell you any items that are sold out / no longer available or on “backorder” due to high demand.

You’ll want to check this often, especially before your Shows. Look at the links on the left. The eBusiness Enrollment link (Green Star) is where you’ll sign up to do business electronically. You can’t have a shopping website without doing this. The Consultant

Website link (Orange star) is where you’ll go to set up your website to begin taking orders. You’ll need to go to the eBusiness enrollment link first before you can do this.

how to set up your eBusiness. The Candle Connection link (purple star) will show you information on the newsletters that PartyLite will send on your behalf to your database.

I recommend you take the following steps (in order) immediately so your new PartyLite business is ready for business and you’re ready for income!

1) Go to eBusiness Enrollment and sign up2) Go to Consultant Website / Set up & Update and follow the instructions to create

your website.3) Go to “Ordering” link (top of page), scroll down to “Customer Information” link

(bottom left of page) and click on it. Click on “Contacts and Leads”. Scroll down to button at bottom that says, “Add Contact” and click there. Begin adding everyone from your contact list so they are in your database.

4) Enter all of your bookings into the system and begin preparing the hosts of those bookings for a successful party. (See next page)

To begin entering your First Show into the system, from the Ordering page of the CBC, click on the “Show Assistant” button.

Look for the calendar on the left side of page.Underneath the calendar, click on the link that says “Book a Show”.

You’ll then come to this screen:

If you have previously entered the host of your booking into your database, you’ll use this page to find her by entering either her phone or email and clicking the “search”

button. If she is not yet in your database, you’ll need to click on the “skip” button to go to the next page where you’ll enter her info.

Here is where you will enter the information on the host of your bookings.

Once you’ve entered all the info on this booking,THE PARTY IS OFFICIALLY “OPEN FOR BUSINESS”!

Your host can begin sending people to your website to place orders. She’ll want to ask them to enter her first and last name as the host so that the order gets

attached to her party sales.
