Round 1S: Show Positivity

To complete this challenge, you must work with table #_________.

Your goal is to find your other half. To do so, you will need to work with the assigned table above as they have the other half of your pair or words/items/people that are commonly said or used together.

To find your other half, you can only ask YES or NO questions. You cannot use your word/pair in your questions. You need to keep your word hidden.

i.e.: Your word is KETCHUP (they are mustard) which means you cannot ask questions like “Do you go well with Ketchup? But you can ask “Are you a condiment? Are you put on a hot dog?

Once both teams have completed all the pairs, you must present both of your teams/pairs to your assigned Checker. They will check your pairs and if you are correct, you will each receive your next round information.

Give this Road Block to a team of your choice.

Receiving Team: Your team must stop whatever you are doing and pause for 1 minute before continuing game play.

You must present this to your assigned checker who will monitor your delay of game time of 1 minute. You must bring a cell phone with the timer set for 1 minute and begin your countdown when the checker gives the O.K.

When your delay is completed, your team may resume game play.


On the next round, your team must complete the below puzzle and present to your designated checker before you can begin your Round #3 challenge.

Round 3L: Love Efficiency

You must choose 5 members of your team to complete this challenge.

Your goal is to get all of your 5 team members from the 'Start' to the 'Finish' without getting burned by the “lava”(AKA the floor). The 6 sheets of colored 'safety' paper can be used however you want to get your team across the lava field.

You can only walk / stand on the 6 sheets of paper - if any of your team members steps on the 'lava' (floor), you must all go back to the 'Start' and begin again.

There are 2 ‘Start’ line areas. You will have to wait your turn in line to get to the ‘Finish’.

Grab your next round instructions after you cross the ‘Finish’ line from your assigned Checker.

Your team must go back and complete Round #3 (Lava) again with 5 members. These members must be all new (10 top) or 3 new and 2 repeat (8 top) depending on your table size.

For the next round challenge, your team may substitute the enclosed length of string. This will give you an advantage when completing Round #6.

For Round #6, you must complete the challenge with less paper than the other teams get.

Your materials are included a Part 2 packet. You must give the normal Round instruction packet back to your checker.

Round 6: ROAD BLOCK VERSIONI: Innovative

To complete this challenge, your team must build a tower that is the same height as the length of string provided.

Your building materials are:

15 sheets of paper

Box of 100 paperclips

Once you have built your tower tall enough, you must send a representative to find a checker to confirm the completion of the tower height. Once confirmed, you will receive instructions for the next round.


Your team must use the included length of string in the Round #6 challenge. This is a longer length of string than the other teams, so you better get buildin’!

Round 6I: Innovative

To complete this challenge, your team must build a tower that is the same height as the length of string provided.

Round 9S: Simple

This is the final round. The Team to complete this round first will also receive a Bonus Swag prize for each team member.

Your team must de-scramble the letters provided to spell out a common phrase at Solarity. You must write down your answer on the sheet provided and present to your assigned checker. If your phrase is correct, your team will receive your raffle tickets.

The overall winner will be announced after all teams have completed the rounds.

Once you have completed all 9 rounds, go back to your table, distribute your raffle tickets (evenly among the group) and wait for further instructions.
