GENERAL TERMS OF TRADE
1. The Lerninsel ltd offers seminars and tu-toring courses to expand your level of know-ledge. Gaps in knowledge are filled and re-vised systematically. The actual subject matter of the course is repeated and preoc-cupied.
2. To fulfil all of your expectations, the Lern-insel ltd needs your time. The registration should be completed at the latest 4 weeks before the course starts. The contractual relationship of both parties can be cancelled within a deadline of 2 weeks at the latest before the beginning of the seminar and tutoring course. The cancellation has to be in written form.
3. The seminars, tutoring courses, text books and dictionaries have to be paid within 14 days after the receipt of the in-voice.
4. If a cancellation takes place at a seminar or a tutoring course, the Lerninsel ltd is able to keep 2/3 of the course fee.
5. The dates of the courses and seminars are determined by the Lerninsel ltd. A shift be-cause of rescheduling a course or a seminar is possible.
6. The Lerninsel ltd is open Thursday from 13:35 to 17:00 pm all year around. But dur-ing the Christmas holidays we are closed from the 23rd of December to 7th of January the following year.
7. To be able to offer the seminars at these sensational prices a minimum number of 20 participants is required. The registrations are put into order according to the date.
8. In the interest of all participants of our courses and seminars the Lerninsel GmbH has, with unseemly manner, after warning, the right to release the course participant or seminar participant for this day from the course due to inappropriate behaviour. Only in this way a calm process of the course is ensured.
9. The contractual partner gives consent to the electronic editing of his personal data. All personal data is used according to the applicable data protection regulations. Fur-thermore data is levied and used by the Lerninsel ltd for the processing of contracts as well as for the adherence of reasonable business interests with regard to advice and support of our customers. We will not pass the data on to third parties.
10. The prices stated include sales tax. 20 percent tax goes towards seminars and tutoring courses as well as 10 percent tax for all kind of books.
11. One seminar unit lasts 50 minutes.
