Chatime was found in Taiwan in the year 2005. The person who founded Chatime was a man names Henry Wang Yao-Hui under their parent company, La Kaffa Coffee.

Type of ServiceChatime is Taiwanese global franchise of teahouse chain based on Taiwan (International).

their drink. However, some Chatime stores provide seats where people can sit down while waiting for their drink or sit down to enjoy their drink. This also helps to speed up the process

It is used to keep their clothes from staining and hairs falling into the drink. They also need spoons, measuring cups, shaking bottles and plastic cups as well as straws to serve the drink in.

Chatime used tealeaves that has strong flavor and scent because they harvested it in their young state. The one he used is called the TieGuanyin Tea Latte. Chatime has a tea farm in the Nantou County, Taiwan.

Areas of InteractionThey have many interactions for the customers in the process of making the drink. Like ordering and pick up. Some would use deliveries like “Gojek” to pick up the drink and delivered in to them in their homes. But that’s the role of the gojek driver not the Chatime staff. The chatime staff just take the customer’s order, make the drink, check to make sure its right and serve it.

ConclusionChatime mostly used the system take-away but some chatime provide tables and chairs where people can sit down and enjoy their drink. This is because Chatime is suitable to walk around with because it’s easy to carry and fashionable to hold. Chatime was something that was new because they use brewing machines instead of humans. This is because they want it to be perfect like the temperature and quality. They also need hot water and don’t want their staff to be injured so the machine did all the dangerous things.

Chatime has their own tealeaves farm in the Nantou County. Therefore, it’s not harmful for the environment because they took a lot of care for the tealeaves. They also have the best bubbe pearls (sago) because they are chewy, bouncy and has the right amount of sweetness. They also have other toppings like jellies and puddings so customer can choose a drink and choose their toppings. Which means, the drinks can be customized according to the customers taste.
