STEP TWO:

Start a NEW document and go to FILE MENU and click on PAGE SETUP.

STEP ONE:

Sign onto NETWORK; go to START / PROGRAMS and OPEN MICROSOFT WORD.

STEP THREE:

Click on second tab named MARGINSChoose LANDSCAPE for page layoutClick OK

STEP FOUR:

Change the VIEW of page to 75%

Go to VIEW toolbar…then TOOLBARS…then open DRAWING toolbar. Toolbars

STEP SIX:Either go to INSERT toolbar and choose TEXTBOX…

OR click on shortcut picture on DRAWING TOOLBAR to create/drag a textbox.

****IMPORTANT NOTE****Your text box must be 3 inches TALL and 9 inches WIDE !

STEP SIX: alternate choice!

1.On the DRAWING toolbar, choose RECTANGLE! 2.Draw a 9” by 3” rectangle.3.RIGHT-CLICK and choose ADD TEXT 4. In FONT SIZE, type 85!

HELPFUL HINT! Create a text box for each picture you display on your nametag.

Also, use a text box for other written information as well!
