Coppull started very strong and Mitch Leece opened the scoring in the 15th minute with a fantastic goal. 15 minutes later, Mitch got his second when Tony Hartley played a fantastic ball through to Ryan Salmon who set Mitch Up for the finish. Coppull saw out the first half without conceding and had the 2 goal lead going into the second half.Coppull defended fantastically in the second half and Slyne had very few chances to get back into the game. All 11 men and 3 subs worked as hard as they could until the final minutes to secure their place in the final. Ryan Salmon and Jordan Wilson both had chances to finish the game, but the Slyne goalkeeper prevented them.  Not one Coppull player had a bad game and if 11 men could win the man of the match award, they would all have it.
