Regarding the three to five learning objectives: Word the objectives to highlight what will be learned, not what will be taught. State what knowledge the attendee will gain, not what the presenter will accomplish. Instead of saying the presenter will explain the six leading causes of test anxiety for example, state that those in attendance will be able to explain or describe the six leading causes of test anxiety.
