Clarification notesFixtures:There has been some issues with fixtures recently in that teams are requesting vacant dates or changes after the fixtures have been released and inevitably this causes a lot of problems. The league are obviously trying to accommodate changes but this sometimes delays the release of other fixtures and causes issues for other teams if the fixtures are changed and this is not fair on those teams affected and it is getting to the stage where once the fixtures are released the fixtures MUST take place otherwise the league will be left with no alternative but to prefer charges against the clubs for not fulfilling fixtures.If a team is designated vacant please be aware that if there is a need to change fixtures that team could be given a fixture so if the team decides they want to stay vacant on any given date then they need to confirm that position with the League Secretary.

Match Result Sheets:ALL Clubs should respond to the email alert from Full-Time which the designated contact should receive before kick-off and then enter the full time result following the game. This should then go directly to the website and be uploaded.Both teams MUST complete a match result sheet which should be returned to the League Secretary. The sheets should be completed and exchanged BEFORE the start of the game however Referees marks should still be entered before sending in.

Substitutes:Premier Division – 3 substitutes can be used from 5 nominated substitutes.Division 1 and Under 19’s – 5 substitutes can be used from 5 nominated substitutes and these then become substitutes themselves and can be re-used.

Player Registrations:Players should be entered onto the Whole Game System via the Player Registrations tab and to register the players they should be entered then assigned to your team and then consent confirmed, with any player ID checks and Photo ID uploaded (Under 19’s division), and finally submitted to the league. We are aware that a few issues have been raised relating to player registrations and this will be submitted to the League Management Committee for discussion at the next meeting. The registration will then be approved by the League Secretary. ALL Under 19 teams are reminded that player registration sheets / squad lists MUST be exchanged or at least seen by the opposition team prior to kick off of all Under 19 games. The sheets do not necessarily have to be printed off and can be viewed if they are downloaded onto a mobile phone. Please also note that this must be done on a weekly basis because the availability may change on a weekly basis due to suspensions etc and the sheet / view will have a date on. It is not acceptable going forward not to comply with this instruction and charges may be brought against any Clubs failing to comply.
