PART I

INTRODUCTION

A. Background

         Industrial visits chosen to add to the experience of students about the world

of work. Students are required to actively collect information on industrial visits

to gain knowledge about the world indusri. Industrial visits made to provide

images to the students about the industry. Students should compare the production

process in the world of work with knowledge acquired in school. Students are

required to make a report on the information obtained during the visit of the

company concerned industry.

On On Monday morning, we were all students and senior high school

students of class XI GAS CEPU especially for all majors will obligate visit

industy and continue traveled to Bali.

We are all obliged to come in vocational GAS CEPU Jl. Diponegoro

04.00, then we were given direction by the father of the head seklah before

leaving for Bali. Then we all started the journey to Bali 06.00

Around 10:00 pm we mainly majors (TKR, PEM, EKI, ITL industi arrive

on-site visits, visit our industry at PT. Dempo Laser Metalindo. After over from

PT. Dempo Laser Metalindo we moved on to Bali

DISCUSSION

PT. Dempo Laser Metalindo is a Job Shop & Fabrication company in the

field of sheet-metal world class (certified ISO 9001: 2008).

Our core business is in the field of sheet-metal cutting services with a laser beam

and sheet-metal processing (bending, punching, forming, welding).

To produce products that have a high precision and quality, we have

machines and cutting-edge equipment such as:

- Laser-Cutting Machine CNC technology.

- Bending Machine CNC technology.

- Machine CNC Punching and Forming technology.

- Welding facility with 3-dimensional work desk and Welding Machine Robo.

(according to customer request), among others:

consists of the building or merger ifrastruktur. Unlike the activities undertaken

alone, large-scale construction usually have a lot of sub-jobs. Usually this work is

management of electricity, namely: Panel ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) and

PANEL AMF (Automatic Main Failure).

Welding is a process of merging / welding material by means of melting

Inner gas) and MIG (Metal Inner Gas), as a manufacturing facility for your

custom products. With TIG welding process, many types of materials that can be

in welding, such as high-strength, high-temperature, corrosion-resistant steels,

unalloyed and low-alloyed carbon steels, nickel alloys, titanium, aluminum and

associated alloys. With this welding process the products become more orderly,

and free of sparks undesirable.

WELDING TABLE

 Welding table is a table that serves as a work table when completing the

work in metal fabrication by welding. Welding table is useful during this process

because it provides a stable area for work, as well as help to measure and enforce

the parts to be welded. A welding table in the size range from 20 "x 40" (50.8 x

101.6 cm) to 6.5 "x 13" (16.51 x 33.02 cm). All welding table, no matter its size,

is made of steel that can withstand the rigors of welding.

There are many jobs that can be done by using a Welding Table. For

example, a welding table is flexible enough to be used as a platform to measure

and enforce the corner. A welding table can also be used for mounting purposes to

bend brakes and jigs. Often, welding clamps are also attached to the welding

table.

CNC Bending Machine

CNC PUNCHING MACHINE

OBJECT TOUR TO BALI

1. Land Lot

 Tanah Lot 'is a tourist attraction in Bali, Indonesia. Here there are two temples

are situated on top of a large rock. One is located on top of the boulder and the

other is located on top of the cliffs similar to Uluwatu Temple. Pura Tanah Lot

temple is part of Dang heaven. Pura Tanah Lot sea temple is a place of worship of

the gods guard the sea.

9. SON BARONG

 Barong is a Balinese dance originating from Pre-Hindu cultural treasure. This
