In order to be able to examine your application for Risk-Sharing Mechanism (RSM) program, the forms enclosed herewith must be filled out, and along with the required information, must be submitted to the Bank by the persons with the authority to represent and bind the Company, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code.
