I am writing you to let you know how much my husband Spencer and I love the home you are selling on SE Alder in Montavilla. After meeting the neighbors and spending time in and outside the home we are very excited about the possibility of getting to call it our home. We are both na-tive Oregonians, love Portland, and love to garden and grow our own food! Your home seems to be a perfect complement to all we love about Portland! I own a small business that I started called .… I design and sew aprons in a variety of styles us-ing organic and sustainable fabrics. I work from home, and moving my small studio into the beautiful garage space would be a dream come true. We love, love, love bamboo and looking out into the back yard while I work would be just perfect!

….. works for Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) in NE Portland managing strategic projects to position BPA to deliver power more efficiently and better incorporate renewable en-ergy into the power grid. He is very passionate about protecting the environment and volunteers on a regular basis to clean our local rivers and build and protect wild fish habitat. He also loves to garden and can’t wait to plant a couple of Japanese Maples and his favorite bamboo, Chinese Blue Timber in your gorgeous back yard!

We love old Portland homes, and are amazed at the history and beauty of your home. We love how you have kept the original doug fir intact, and can’t wait to add our touches when we move in!
