IQAC collected the information required from the faculty, office and library in the prescribed format (PBAS Form, Form A and Form B).
The information from each committee is collected. The IQAC members discussed and analysed the computerised
information. AQAR was compiled by the IQAC members. The report is discussed by the IQAC members, Principal, Registrar and
the Management and all the valid suggestions are incorporated. The report is placed before Local Management Committee for approval. The approved AQAR is forwarded to NAAC by the IQAC.

Contribution: The IQAC organises seminar and lecture programmes to improve the teaching learning process and arranging GD’s on revised curricula.

For the promotion and sensitisation of Research climate in the institution, a well-equipped Research Laboratory is established in the Research Centre with 27 computers connected with hi-speed internet facility.
The Research Centre has 23 In-house research guides and 32 Associate Research Guides with 52 students enrolled themselves for pursuing research.
During the current academic year 69 students enrolled themselves for M.Phil. course. 13 M.Phil. students submitted their theses and 13 students were awarded M.Phil. degrees.
In terms of sensitization of In-House and Associate Guides, the IQAC provides guidelines of Research Funding agencies like UGC and ICSSR and encourage them for Minor and Major Research Projects. Under the guidance of IQAC, the library facility, Internet facility, On-line journals through INFLIBNET are made available for promoting research.
Along with the above research facilities separate infrastructural facility is made available to research students. Research Journals, periodicals and back issues of the same are made available in the Research Lab for students to carry research.
Teachers, Researchers, students are motivated to submit research projects/ proposal to UGC, ICSSR etc. and the research proposals are screened, scrutinized before submission of proposal.
Faculty and students are motivated to attend seminars, conferences and workshops by providing financial assistance.

College Magazine: Every year the college magazine is published and distributed among students with a view to motivate their inner hidden talents and to provide them a platform in terms of encouraging and developing writing skills like poetry, essays, informative articles etc.
Campus Facilities : Students are made acquainted with the facilities available on the campus through regular and periodical notices about NCC, NSS, Sports, hostel facilities for boys and girls, Competitive Exam Coaching, Earn and Learn Scheme, Health Centre, Library Facilities with Research Centre, Language Lab, COC, Computer Lab, English Proficiency Course, Calligraphy, Entrepreneurship Centre, Movie Club, Campus Placement, Industrial and Study Tours, conducting various activities like Essay Competition, Debate Competition, Various Expert Lectures, Wall Poster Presentation covering various events and historical occasions, book exhibition, etc.

In view of coaching for Competitive Examinations, the college has well furnished Cell including separate library facility alongwith study facility for the aspiring students. Through this cell the students are also given necessary information and guidance about various Competitive Examinations. The Cell takes care to invite various expert and distinguish personalities to guide the students so that the students get motivation from their success stories.
Students are frequently provided Counselling through the Cell meant for the same. The Cell provides trainings in Insurance, Tally, English Proficiency Skills and Self-
employment Skills.

The college has Women Redressal Cell so as to look into the problems of girl students and provide proper solution to it.
On the occasion of World Women’s Day, Women Redressal Cell has organised the expert lecture of the well known Gynaecologist and Infertility specialist Dr. Gayatri Wadekar was organised on March 9, 2015.
The college NSS unit has separate girl volunteers wing. NSS unit organises Annual Camp in which expert lectures regarding the issue of gender
sensitisation and personality development are held.

Human Resource Management is utilised in terms of Management: The Management of Nanded Education Society observes democratic way in which all the faculty members are given membership of the management. The activities of the Management are carried out by constituting General Body of which representation to the teachers is given in Governing Council-the apex body in Management. Administration:The day to day administration of the college is assisted by Local Management Council in which three members from among the teaching staff and one from support staff are given representation in democratic way. The day to day activities of the college are performed through the co-ordinators of various academic, curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular committees.Support Staff:Office work of the college is carried out by the support staff where vertical hierarchy is observed. Environmental Innovation: Considering the need of the time, proper management of rainwater is a big issue.
Proper management of rainwater is sought through rainwater harvesting system. It has enhanced the scenic beauty of the campus.
Regular Tree Plantation and maintenance of greenery in campus has added to the beauty of the campus. This has reduced the environmental pollution to a larger extent and has added the percentage of oxygen to good extent.
As a part of social responsibility the college campus is made available in the morning and at evening time for the senior citizens for walking and exercise. The college play ground is made available for practice on nominal charges for the aspiring youths for different government recruitments.

ANALISIS OF FEEDBACK OF COLLEGE BY STUDENTS
Introduction: The college office is the most important part of the college administration as it provides services to students, parents, and teachers. To improve the quality of office work the process of feedback can be used. The feedback of college has been taken from students.Objectives:
1) To evaluate the present status of office of the college.2) To seek the students opinion about college.
Methodology: A questionnaire, comprising 15 questions, was provided to students to take feedback on all aspects of the college. The U.G. and P.G. students were selected randomly to collect the required information. The collected data was classified and analyzed. The response of the students is taken in four categories as Very Good, Good, Satisfactory and Unsatisfactory. Results:i) Admission Process :
Admission Committee is constituted for taking care of the admission process. The committee keeps a vigilance over the whole process and co-operate and guide the students to choose the electives. Admission process is strictly followed in accordance with the rules of the university and Government of Maharashtra. The members of the committee are available on campus for the counseling the admission of the students. 68% of students hold a very good opinion about the staff. ii) Library :
Library is the backbone of the academic Endeavour. Regarding the library facility, working hours and transaction of the books, 70% of the students showed high level of satisfaction Very Good.
iv) Internet and Communication facility provided by the college:From the responses given by the students, in general and research scholars in particular, in this regard, 61% of students are satisfied with this facility.
v) Discipline in the College:So far as discipline in the college concern, from the responses given by students, 64% of them showed satisfaction.
vi) Extra Curricular and Co-curricular Activities:In view of the above, 56% of the students are satisfied.
vii) Sports Activities:In terms of Sports Activities 73% of the students showed their satisfaction.
viii) Canteen Facility:For canteen facility 50% of the students showed their satisfaction.

ANALISIS OF FEEDBACK OF TEACHERS BY STUDENTS
Introduction: Generally it is presumed that the teacher shall devote his time and energy to develop
and improve his professional competence. He is expected to perform and his academic duties
such as, preparation of lectures, presentation, assessment, guidance to research students etc.
Apart from these he must engage himself in co-curricular and extracurricular activities of the
institute. He must co-operate in maintaining and enforcing discipline by inculcating good habits
among the students.
Objectives:The objectives of feedback on teachers by students are as follow.
1) To evaluate the knowledge base of the teacher
2) To assess the teacher’s communication skill
3) To examine sincerity and commitment of the teachers
Methodology and Achievement:
In accordance with the collected data, a feedback forms are classified and the
following result is achieve. A questionnaire, comprising 18 questions in this regard were framed
to get the feedback from the students in terms of
i) Knowledge-base: In this regard 70% of randomly selected students showed
satisfaction.
ii) Communication Skill : In view of this, 68% of the students are satisfied with
communication skill of the teacher
iii) Sincerity/Commitment: From the responses of the students which are randomly
selected, 64% of students are satisfied with the sincerity in terms of regularity,
punctuality, teaching and evaluation and discipline in the classroom.

This is the significant activity conducted on the campus. It has created a great impact on the functioning of the college. It has been initiated in view of the following goals.

3) The Context :The context of the activity is that Swami Ramanand Teerth, the founder of the institution,
had firmly declared in his inaugural speech delivered 26th June, 1950 that, this college will be named as People’s College which means having unequivocal concern and commitment to the people. Therefore, this college has been working not only for the students admitted in it but also for the community around it.
4) The Practice :Under this activity, the practice is that the campus facilities and resources are shared with
the community. Therefore, the playground of the college is kept open for the community around. A good walking track for senior citizens has been developed considering their difficulties in respect of insecurity at the public roads. The campus is made open at 6:00 in the morning for citizens were activities like Yoga, Pranayam, Laughter Club and other cultural activities take place.
5) Evidence of Success :This activity has been proved to be very useful as many of the beneficiaries have
expressed their feeling of the gratitude. A goodwill emerge through this activity has help the college to solve many problems. Many of the persons enjoying the facility are retired officers and they have extended benefits of their expertise knowledge and social contacts. The crucial problem of electricity power cut was solved through this forum without any cost but out of goodwill only

activity has created a great impact on the Academic Competency of the students. It is initiated in view of the following goals:

3) The Context :The present age is the age of cut-throat competition in every sphere of academic and
other walks of life, one finds cut-throat competition. To bring our students near line of competition and make them competent in academic field and also to make them capable of securing good employment, the institute has initiated the practice of introducing endowment awards for meritorious students of the institute.
4) The Practice :Under this activity, the practice is that the institute has constituted cash prises to the
students who stood first, second and third in college merit.
5) Evidence of Success :This activity has proved to be very useful in inspiring the students to secure merit. The
outcome of this activity is that seven students proved eligible for college endowment amounting to Rs. 10500/- cash prize during the year.
