Employee Engagement AwardCriteria and Instructions
CRITERIA
This category is open to organisations (not individuals) that have implemented a project that constructively engages workers in workplace decision making – leading to either:
improvements in efficiency or productivity,
improvements in workplace safety, or
business and/or industry growth.
Other examples of employee engagement that have resulted in positive ‘win/win’ outcomes in the workplace that do not fit the above three (3) examples will also be considered.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS OF NOMINATION
Each question must be addressed in the nomination.
Nominees are strongly encouraged to include supporting material.
SUBMITTING YOUR NOMINATION
To submit your nomination, respond to the questions on the Employee Engagement Award Nomination Form.
Nominations must be saved with the category title and nominating company.
Supporting material must also be saved clearly, with attachment number, category title and nominating company.
If sending multiple nominations, please send each in a separate email.
