Walkern High Street towards Cromer – left onto White Hill towards Halls Green.

Pass the Rising Sun pub and continue towards Weston, passing Primary School to junction with Fore Street.

Left at junction onto Fore Street, through Weston continue on Damask Green Road, then Back Lane, follow to Graveley.

At junction with High Street turn right then turn left for Graveley Lane. Right at T junction into Great Wymondley. Left at Green Man on Arch Road to Blakemore End Road. Follow over A602 to Redcoats, turn right on to Sperberry Hill then left turn at Little Almshole Lane.

To T junction on B656 London Road – straight over

Up Preston Hill then right at School Lane into Preston. Turn left in Preston at Church Lane onto Back Lane, follow to Parsonage Lane then on to Church Road, follow then Left at junction onto Lilley Bottom Road onto Whitwell.

Whitwell onto Codicote. Right at junction and through High Street. Left onto Rabley Heath Road then Spinney Lane and Wych Elm Lane south (over A1) and down into Woolmer Green.

Right onto London Road then left at junction with Mardleybury Road – continue through to Datchworth Green, onto Watton Road then down to Watton at Stone -Left at mini-roundabout at bottom of hill onto High Street.

Follow bend right onto Walkern Road up and over A602 and continue - Home straight to the finish at Brewery Tea Rooms in Walkern.
