First Course

1. Salad of Arugula with roasted mushrooms, pickled red onions, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and goat cheese, all tossed with a balsamic vinaigrette

2. Fried Calamari tossed with our jalapeno aioli sauce topped with pecorino cheese

3. A Cup of our creamy New England clam chowder

4. Our all beef meatballs with marinara sauce and shaved parmesan cheese

Second Course

1. Our Atlantis Platter which consists of baked stuffed sole, baked stuffed shrimp, and breaded scallops over mashed potatoes, with broccolini and lemon butter

2. Hearty Bolognese tossed with fettucine pasta and topped with ricotta cheese

3. Classic cheese burger with C.A.B. ground beef patty grilled, and topped with crispy bacon, Cabot extra sharp cheddar, grilled red onions, roasted tomato jam, a fried egg, and mayo, all served with truffle fries

4. Creamy exotic mushroom risotto with crispy garlic chips, E.V.O.O, and shaved pecorino cheese

Third Course

1. Bread pudding with caramel and whipped cream

2. Brownie hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream and chopped nuts

3. Peanut and hazelnut butter mousse on top of a chocolate graham cracker crust topped with candied bacon
