Safety: Ensure that the UTV is safely parked on

level ground with the ignition off. Wear all appropriate PPE for the following

procedures.

Note: Leave all hardware loose until the entire

assembly is in its final position.

Assembly Components:Ensure that you have all of these components before beginning the installation.

1 x Bumper1 x Winch Plate1 x Lower Skid Plate1 x Upper Skid Plate2 x Winch Plate Mounting Brackets (Left and Right)1 x Hardware Kit

Installation:

1. Remove factory bumper (if equipped) and retain the factory hardware for later use. If the machine is not equipped with a factory bumper, utilize the hardware provided in the hardware kit to complete the installation.

2. Remove the hood and upper grill insert.

3. Attach the winch plate mounts to the machine using the factory bumper mounting holes using the factory hardware retained in step 1.

4. Attach the winch plate to the winch bracket mounts.

5. Attach the bottom skid plate to the lower mounting holes.

6. Attach the upper skid plate to the bottom skid plate.

Figure 7: Upper Skid Plate Mounting Hardware

7. Attach the face of the bumper to the skid plate and the winch plate. This will bring all of the parts of the bumper together.

8. Once the entire assembly is in place, tighten all hardware securely.
