Buying Process
Buy Now
User orders the Roamly SIM card on the website www.roamly.com by clicking on the “Buy Now” banner. The “Buy Now” button can also be found throughout the Roamly web site.

Phone Compatibility Check
User selects the device brand and model to determine compatibility.

Result shows if device selected is compatible. If so, click on “Continue with your purchase” to proceed. If device chosen is not compatible, user will have to ensure a compatible device is available.

Product Selection
User selects language package and quantity. Click on “Add to Cart” to proceed.

Shopping Cart
Confirm details in the shopping cart. Press “Proceed to checkout” to move forward.

Checkout (For registered users)
Checkout Method
If user has already registered prior, enter email address and password to log into account. Press “LOGIN” to proceed.

Billing Information
Once logged in, select the appropriate billing address from the drop down menu. Below the drop down menu, select the appropriate option for where to ship the order. Ensure the box for “I agree to the terms and conditions” is checked. Press “CONTINUE” to proceed.

Shipping Information
If “Ship to different address” is selected, choose “New Address” from the drop down menu and press “CONTINUE”.

Update new shipping address information as required. Press “CONTINUE” to proceed.

Shipping Method
Select shipping method by clicking on the appropriate radio button. Press “CONTINUE” to proceed.

Payment Information
Enter the credit card information. Press “CONTINUE” to proceed.

Order Review
Review the order confirmation. If information is correct, press “PLACE ORDER” to proceed.

Order Confirmation
The buying process ends at the “Thank you for your purchase” page. User will receive an email confirmation regarding the purchase.

Checkout (For non-registered users)
If user has not registered prior, press “REGISTER” to proceed.

Enter all the information required for registration. Press “CONTINUE” to proceed.
Please note that once the registration is complete, user will follow the same buying process as registered users starting at the “Shipping Method” stage.

Activation Process
Login or Create an Account
To activate your Roamly service, go to www.roamly.com and click on “activate card/account” on the top right corner of the page.

Login (for registered customers) or create an account.

If you are creating an account, fill out the required information. Make sure the “I agree to the terms and conditions” box is checked. Click on “SUBMIT” when done.
If you are a registered customer, simply login by entering your email and password to proceed with your activation process.

Activate SIM Card
Once logged in, enter the serial number, select country and the mobile phone number that you want to activate, then press “activate”

Top Up Process
Top Up
Once activation is complete, you will receive the activate status as well as instructions to top up.
Click on “Top up”

Payment Details
Enter the billing address and credit card details as required. Press “submit” when complete.
Once proper information is entered, you will see a message saying “Transaction Completed Successfully”. Press “Go to Top Up” to proceed.

Select the appropriate Roamly SIM Serial Number from the drop down menu.
The page will open up and prompt you to enter the proper top up information.

For one time top up, select the amount and enter the CVV code, press submit to proceed.
For auto top up, you may toggle between “enable” or “disable” by pressing the “enable” or “disable” button. Select the desired auto top up amount from the drop down menu.
For mobile top up setup, set a 4-digit PIN and press “change PIN”.

Account Maintenance
My Account
Under the My Account section, user may view active SIM cards, messages as well as recent transactions.

My Profile
Under My Profile, users may view and update profile details such as Name, Address and Email Address.

Active SIM Card
Users may activate new or additional SIM Cards under the “Activate SIM Card” link.

Payment Details
Users may update the billing address and credit card details under payment details if the information provided prior requires updating. For example: change of billing address or change of credit card.

Payment History
Users may retrieve top up records via the Payment History link. Select the appropriate serial number (if users have more than one), select the date range and press “Go”.
Records of all top up transactions are shown based on the date range selected.

Top Up
Similar to the Top Up process mentioned above, select the appropriate Roamly SIM Serial Number from the drop down menu.

The page will open up and prompt you to enter the proper top up information.
For one time top up, select the amount and enter the CVV code, press submit to proceed.
For auto top up, you may toggle between “enable” or “disable” by pressing the “enable” or “disable” button. Select the desired auto top up amount from the drop down menu.

Transfer Credits
Users have access to transfer funds between SIM cards within one account. Select SIM card where funds is to be transferred from and SIM card funds to be transferred to, along with the amount. Press “Transfer” to proceed.

My Phone Numbers
Users may view the phone numbers and the associating serial numbers under an account.

Call History
Users may retrieve call history by selecting appropriate SIM card from the drop down menu and the desired date range. Press “Go” to proceed.
Results show all transaction records within the date range selected.
